Connected Health and Wellness Healthy Recipe Development

This project is to develop 36 healthy recipes from four ethnic groups representing the population around the Black Creek Community Health Center. A second project, Healthy Condition & Ethnic Specific Meal Plans – Media Development, of the project will consist of George Brown College coordinating with Seneca College to develop media based on the recipes that can be integrated with Connected Wellness Project, collaboration project between NexJ Systems Inc. and York University.

Patient Simulation and Clinician Interface for Virtual Therapy Tool

Cinema Suite Inc. is a new animation spin-off of Javelin Technologies Inc., a leading provider of industrial design software, rapid prototyping tools and 3D printers. Cinema Suite is currently developing new animation and live-capture technologies and tools for various industries including gaming, film, healthcare and military applications (including “serious gaming”, training and simulations).

Production of 3D Dental Patient Educational Videos for BiteBank

This project is to produce 3D animations of dental patient education videos for BiteBank Websites Inc. These videos will be streamed on the websites of BiteBank’s clients. BiteBank Websites Inc. is a Toronto-based company founded in 2009 offering online website content management systems for dentists and medical practitioners.

Saint Elizabeth Uniform Redesign

Saint Elizabeth is a not-for-profit and charitable health services provider with a team of more than 7,000 nurses, rehabilitation therapists, personal support workers and crisis intervention staff who deliver over six million home health care visits annually. While the new uniform requirement policy was meant to improve branding and client experience, there were challenges to making sure the uniforms would be accepted by front line staff.
