JoyTap, a Toronto based start-up company, and George Brown College worked together to elicit system requirements, design, develop, and optimize the JoyTap website. This website offers fun and interactive tools in a private space for couples looking for unique, creative and meaningful ways to maintain or enhance their relationship through messages, photos and other data.
Minimal Pairs Mobile App
This project is intended to design and develop an iOS formatted version of Mobi-Learning’s MinimalPairs application to support mobile-based English language learning. The MinimalPairs application helps ESL learners differentiate between similar sounding words and expressions.
Development of the Knowledge is the Best Medicine app for Android
The Knowledge is the best medicine (KiBM) program, supported by leading healthcare organizations; Canada’s Research Based Pharmaceutical Companies (Rx&D) and the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) Canada, is expanding their mobile platform to include an Android version of the MyMedRec app.
Taking SickKids Mobile
The Taking SickKids Mobile project is a pilot initiative of The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) with industrial support from Sapient Nitro, Blackberry, iMason, and Normative and academic support from OCAD University, Ryerson University, and George Brown College.
Requirements gathering and wireframes of a website
The project was aiming at gaining market requirements and for building a website for Schroeder and Schroeder Inc.. Based on the information gathered, the GBC was expected to deliver basic design plan and website wireframe mock-ups for Schroeder and Schroeder to hand off to potential website developers.
