Simulation of Community Usage of Wheelchairs | Phase 2

Building on the success of the first demonstration project with GBC, SensiMAT seeks to partner with GBC to concurrently demonstrate the use of multiple SensiMAT’s in a simulated community setting to more accurately depict a true clinical use case.

Family Practice of the Future

Waiting Room Design project is collaboration between St Michael’s Hospital and the George Brown College, Architectural Technician Program. St Michael’s Hospital worked with an architectural firm to design the Family Practice of the Future for their 80 Bond St location.

The Diabetes Portal

This project will build on the standardized Infection Prevention and Control Core Competency Education Program developed by the MOHLTC in collaboration with the Ontario Hospital Association, the Ministry of Labour, the Provincial Infectious Disease Advisory Committee (PIDAC) and the Community and Hospital Infection Control Association (CHICA).

Treata Wearable Technology Bracelet Design

The Treata Wearable Technology Bracelet Project is an initial design investigation of concepts and non-functioning prototypes for an electronic bracelet. The bracelet is intended for use within a hardware system and smartphone app that facilitates the activities of persons with Alzheimer’s and other memory deficiencies.
