Partnership for Applied Research to Support the Development and Evaluation of the Post-Secondary Students with Disabilities Network (PSDNet)
The Postsecondary Students with Disabilities Network (PSDNet) is a social innovation network promoting the self-determination and social development of PSE students with disabilities across Ontario. Building on demonstrated success by team members in creating a technology-mediated learning and mentorship environment, PSDNet will be a virtual network providing mentorship/coaching, learning, and community-building opportunities for PSE students with disabilities across Ontario. The PSDNet is an ambitious project, one aligned with George Brown’s progressive and innovative approach to meeting the needs of a diverse student body. The research partnership aligns with the College’s core values, such as diversity and respect, and its mandate to create more dynamic, accessible and relevant course and services for students and employers.
