Innovation Concierge – Stakeholder Analysis for a Knowledge Sharing Web-Portal

CRS Technology is an Ontario-based consulting firm specializing in digital media, and information and communications technology (ICT) that provides business development, project management, and strategic planning services. They have begun development of a new platform, the Innovation Concierge, which will connect entrepreneurs, researchers, investors and innovative start-ups, and help them to navigate the “innovation ecosystem,” by bringing together experts, thought leaders, and talent in a common networking environment. Users will share knowledge, best practices, work portfolios, white papers, and opportunities for research, mentorship or careers in innovation. CRS Technology and George Brown College will be working together to identify the potential stakeholders/users of the Innovation Concierge system and document their business needs, including how they affect or will be affected by the platform.
