The Food Innovation and Research Studio (FIRSt) offers industry access to technical resources, state of the art facilities and networking opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses within the GTA food and beverage industry, accelerating new food ideas from “concept to commercialization.” LEARN MORE.
The FaBLabs is a four-storey food, beverage and hospitality research gateway featuring a state-of-the-art wine lab; a simulation lab used for sensory evaluation and product launches; a facility for industry food product sampling; an industry event space; and the expansion of the Food and Innovation Research Studio (FIRSt).
