Good design is invisible. The best design is intelligent.
Smart economies are productive economies, and by working together with our industry and community partners we can foster greater innovation and productivity through the design of products and services that will help Canada and Ontario energize and transform. Our design projects are interdisciplinary in nature, and connect the physical realm—including prototypes, usability testing, healthcare technologies, and engineering—to the digital—spanning new technologies, game design, user design, wireless technology and the Internet of things.
At the heart of all these projects is the idea of improving the user experience at every level. Many projects are built around exploring the evolving new world of physical objects designed to work in tandem with electronics, software, sensors, and network connectivity.
